100% Grass fed Beef , 100% Grassfed Katahdin Lamb , Pork , Pastured Chicken , and Eggs About Us Parker Farms consists of Tom and Paula Parker and our 4 children: Jessica, Tiffany, Brittany, and Kimberly. We have a grass farm outside of Richmond, MO. Since 1997 we have been practicing management intensive grazing and producing grassfed beef for retail sale. A couple of years later we started raising Katahdin hair sheep and have also added pork and pastured chicken to diversify our land use.
